Delivery Policy — The Putting Cheat Code

Shipping Methods All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked or Evri Courier, depending on the size of the parcel and the destination. Both services provide full tracking for your peace of mind.

Dispatch Times Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes After dispatch, the delivery aim is:

  • 2–3 working days for UK deliveries via Royal Mail Tracked

  • 2–3 working days for UK deliveries via Evri Courier

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
